Many wonderful artists who have succesfully worked with different mediums other than windows, usually don't consider the cleanoff process and 'what could go wrong?'. 

But the last thing you want to encounter is scratched windows and concrete covered in paint that doesn't work well with a window medium in the first place. 

We were once those artists... only 37 years ago... Since then we have dedicated ourselves to learning the safest paint removal practices, learning to work with different types of windows (older and newer), the right types of paint, and how to remove stubborn paint that may have been spilled on concrete from prior experiences with other window painting services. 

We want to give our clients freedom in who handles their paint removal services; which is why ours is a separate service from our painting service.
